1) The government privatizes services and then if there's a problem, it's the government's fault, and
2) At the risk of engaging in whataboutism, your company can defraud CMS of $1.7 billion, and you can end up as FL's senator.

What's really disturbing is that 4 justices are willing to ignore the constitution giving congress the responsibility to determine government spending. This was money already appropriated and spent, and treasury's only job is to pay the bills.
