This is a great overview of this horror, but to emphasize 2 points:

1) The government privatizes services and then if there's a problem, it's the government's fault, and

2) At the risk of engaging in whataboutism, your company can defraud CMS of $1.7 billion, and you can end up as FL's senator.
The blame for alleged fraud in Minnesota belongs to conservatives
Privatization and a lack of oversight creates a vicious cycle.
