So, last week I got laid off from the job that I have been at for 7 years.
I already felt incredibly lucky to be working as an artist/designer in a full time position with benefits, and that all came to an end because of the current government and AI.

Some random helpful life tips I've learned recently:
- on high shelves you aren't able to dust often, cover with newspaper/parchment, then replace whenever you need to "dust"
- waving an alcohol pad under your nose is a quick way to stop nausea
