Owner of a high tech computer design and mfg company for 35 years. Mitsi.com. #Trek fan.

My hobby is programming Outworldz.com DreamGrid, an open and free virtual world anyone can run that's like Second Life. Over 5,000 servers now.
Son found his R/C tank in the garage from 30 years ago. He barely remembered it. Charged it and put in a 9v and it runs. Drives, barrel rotates, raises and lowers and it shoots the ammo. And the manual was there too.

We 3D printed olive drab ammo cases.

One big happy kid and Dad!

As a 14 year old kid who still has the "Star Trek is cancelled notice" (and a lot more) I never imagined I could one day create a working warp drive. Or the entire NCC-1701 with detailed interiors.

#Opensimulator is free as is this and Space Station K7.

I really need a 3D printer that makes all kinds of french fries.

"Curly or strait?", he asks.

"You must be new" he says.

"I need a boat today"

I hope people will wear their Halloween costumes to #NoKings protests on 10/18. The protest is serious, but it can be joyful as well. Watching Dino the dinosaur burn up the dance floor in #Portland made me laugh. They certainly didn't look like violent terrorists.

In elementary I read a scifi book I loved, but ran out of time to ginidh. I begged her to let me take it home so I could finish it. But it was "beyond my age group". She asked, and Mom approved. I looked for 60 years for that book in every book store. Led to a lifetime of reading.

I found it!

Secrets to being a good CEO.

Don't be anywhere near the highest paid person.

Get an MBWA. That's a degree in Management By Walking Around.

Measure it, then fix it.

Hire people better than you.

New Republic reports the version of the Constitution delivered to Oklahoma’s classrooms for statewide instruction was 160 years out of date and excluded more than a dozen amendments.

And left in the three-fifths compromise on slavery and there is no due process.

Infuriating wrong 100% tariff for a rack for a machine at my business. We make state-of-the-art mission critical defense, medical, and semiconductor products in Texas. It's a charge for Russian aluminum, but it's a EU made stainless steel shelf.

I should have slapped a Tesla sticker on it.

Taking a break from making another Star Trek thing out of an Alexa set to answer to "Computer".

She interrupted our dinner by announcing "Adding a testicle to your shopping list". Huh?

"While You Were Sleeping" was on TV.

Sandra had just said "Peter has one testicle."

It was 1977 when I wrote virus number 2 and number 3, and published it in Byte magazine. Both a single op code, and one of them, 14747, ran the program counter backwards.
