Hello! I'm the person who uploaded this. If you own the 2.0 or Legacy DVD sets for 8th Man made by 8thman.com, I would like to get in contact. They're incredibly rare, and contain much higher quality footage/audio than what's featured here!
In the meantime, 42 episodes of the English dub recently appeared on Archive.org! It has yet to be released on home video so it's the best opportunity thus far to check it out!

8th Man is an important work in North American fandom - it's one of the first titles to hit US TV following Astro Boy and Gigantor, airing in 1965.

If you have the space, means and collection: a northern Texas warehouse full of proto-Redbox VHS vending machines from the mid-1980s is being evicted. The machines are free and whatever isn't taken will imminently be scrapped.

A lot of public media will be destroyed by this. Public TV and radio are vital for rural areas in our country, and without them, anyone living there will have a difficult time finding out about important news in their area.

This site was literally billed as "Twitter, but not run by a visible nazi", and it is definitely succeeding at it
meanwhile people are just posting "we have to get rid of the grody perverts" as text now. which, y'know, can't help but feel has something to do with permission from big names to be assholes. just a feeling!

in terms of outcome, there is basically never and arguably cannot be a difference between a position of "we must purify social media of the perverts and degenerates because i find encountering them icky" and "we must ban pornography and queer people from visible life to protect the children"
meanwhile people are just posting "we have to get rid of the grody perverts" as text now. which, y'know, can't help but feel has something to do with permission from big names to be assholes. just a feeling!
