I can't confirm this is true, but here's some retrospective attempts to research this memory:

I hoped someone might remember better than me, but it seems not and I didn't want to leave it hanging without evidence, so tried tracing it back.

I can't find anything that backs up my "uninsured are excluded from the data" claim, but it seems complicated enough I won't delete entirely

And the original assertion about how bad the NHS is compared to US private healthcare, appears to have come from then MEP, now life peer, Daniel Hannan, a free market zealot and one of the main architects of Brexit

I vaguely recall from the Obamacare "debates", republicans comparing US cancer survival rates with UK rates, saying US rates were better, therefore socialised (NHS) healthcare was terrible. Except US rates excluded those unable to get insurance because they'd previously had cancer. Sound true?

I think you may have landed upon the one and only reason to have a Trump Presidential Museum

I'd rather UK media had you to call on than the carousel of fedsoc members and former trump campaign advisors.

I'm no expert, but isn't Dredd generally a moral officer in a corrupt system? In which case: yes, more Dredd's please because maybe they'll be willing to say no to the systemic corruption

In this case, it's worse than you think. There was a whole right-wing "Thanos was right" movement. This wasn't an inability to understand the message of the Avengers films, but an explicit rejection of that message because they want the alternative and voted to get it.

Noteworthy that Farage would target the BBC despite the R4 coverage I've heard having interviewers repeatedly interjecting that "it has to be said that Farage denies the claims"

Funny how premature capitulation, once again, doesn't work with bullies...

Farage when he says he doesn't remember any of this:
a man in a red uniform stands next to a woman in a red dress who says " but for me "
Alt: Raul Julia as M Bison in Street Fighter on his past atrocities: "But for me... it was Tuesday "

Don't let the people who really did vote for this off the hook by saying it's all Twitter bots and foreign interference

It's still a must listen and it's a whole lecture series not just a speech

Even censored (to remove criticism of Trump without the listener being aware of the edit) this is a must listen

I thought it was brilliant in that it put the rest of the film in a new light. Jimmy Saville represents not just the worst human individual, but the worst of society allowing him to get away with his abuse for so long. It's saying, first, this darkness will always exist in society, second...
