Medically speaking, cognitive test = dementia test; cognitive test ≠ IQ test. Repeatedly being administered a cognitive test is NOT a good thing and passing a cognitive test is the NORM (that is, most everyone taking it should achieve at or close to 100% correct so it's not brag-worthy).

I wonder if ICE agents could be charged with obstruction of justice in such situations. Since SCOTUS ruled that deporting these suspects without due process is unconstitutional, ICE officials are acting outside the scope of their authority by intentionally interfering with criminal proceedings.
