We will!! Lots of things you can make with the pulp of the grapes after first fermentation 🥹😂 but not just yet.

We really need to get our working space downstairs first (or the warehouse) to make these things fun instead of cramped.

Speaking of grapes. We made a mistake with our wine fermenting (too much headspace) so combined two vessels to minimise infection risk.

We had a bit more than the one vessel so now sampling a pre-conditioning wine that's already at 11% and it is not bad!! 🤘🤞

The IPA had potential, but feels like something that will be best after a month or three.

We had to ditch 6 bottles because a grape got stuck in the tap 😂😂

Ik wil vooral niet dat het jaar ZO SNEL GAAT, en als dan zo'n kerstboom al staat dan is het zo EINDE VAN HET JAAR.

Ondanks dat we al 14 jaar uit NL weg zijn is het nog steeds na 6 december pas ofzo, al is het soms voor sinterklaas als die zaterdag/zondag makkelijker uitkomt...

Poor Doohan, although perhaps he can get to a 'good riddance' in the near future. I do hope we get to see him on TV soon as I love his views and analyses, but I guess he's taking a bit of a break from all of this...
