In my opinion, we should all be rooting for the Bills to miss the playoffs so that there is an actual impetus to make a change in leadership. This group has become stagnant.

This team hasn’t made it over the playoff hump with great defenses. Now they are straight up trash. They will probably make the playoffs, but I’m not holding my breath for anything more.
