The police you sent to Broadview are actively helping ICE corral and assault protesters. Maybe do something about that instead of saying strong words for the press.

It reads to me like they want to give service boards more when service isn't up to standards, rather than withholding funds. That or give rideshare or scooter vouchers when service is slacking. But agreed that this is a good step from the transit board.
