Maybe I'm cynical, but that seems like a long-term, no-interest, taxpayer funded loan to a bunch of corporations. Without a guaranteed return.

If a new president expands SCOTUS, maybe someone can bring a case arguing Trump's pardons are all invalid because he was mentally incompetent at the time he made them.
SCOTUS can agree. There's no oversight, and with shadow docket, they won't even have to explain their decision.
Just do it!

There is a remote chance that SCOTUS will be overturned & Trump's immunity will have the same value as his lies. I just hope he lives long enough to see his assets confiscated & at least a year in Super Max. Hopefully, in the same building as his family & entire cabinet.

I do hope that old saying about "the cover up being worse than the crime" will be true in this case, and take a lot of them down with it.
All it will take will be someone releasing a few originals that are in conflict with what Trump's DOJ releases for the floodgates to open.
