JAMA is pushing the pernicious myth of fentanyl contaminated cannabis causing overdose in this article. No confirmed cases of this ever happening, like law enforcement collapsing from the sight of #fentanyl

Bias begets bullshit

Speaking of evidence, there are no confirmed cases of overdose from #fentanyl contaminated cannabis. The supplied case report has inadequate toxicology to make the claim, no matter what Trump claims

Stigma comes from medical misinformation

Did you notice the medical misinformation?

There are no confirmed cases of overdose from fentanyl contaminated cannabis and their reference is in no way confirmatory

6. The paucity of research for benefits of cannabis is due to stigma and bias. The last thing that is needed is to add medical misinformation to the list. #medsky

4. Looks like we are off to a bad start with the journal it appears in. Cureus recently LOST its impact factor apparently due to quality issues

2. This @jama.com review on #cannabis has already been recognized as slanted, emphasizing harms (extensively studied) over benefits (paucity of research)

1. Why is @jama.com publishing medical misinformation that is already known as nonsense by the people who brought you “this is your brain on drugs?

They are also spreading misinformation that can be cleared up by a visit to the website of the “this is your brain on drugs people“. drugfree.org/article/mari...

Can you provide an example of how the article was “doctored”?

It seems to provide much more factual information than yours or the original post

This was what so impressed me about the faith. Enjoyed the experience of langur at Amritsar. All faiths should live up to their example

1. It is hard to believe that just over a year ago, Rob Schneider, a deeply stupid man with frankly anti-vax and anti-medicine viewpoints was asked to perform for the Hospitals of Regina Foundation

3. It was a good move. We avoided the bulk of the Troubles, had a good life with a more diverse group of friends and I ended up marrying a French-Canadian woman of Irish Catholic ancestry.

Went to a beautiful valley in Iceland that was fucked over by Justin Bieber filming an environmentally destructive video there.

Thank you for this. I’ve found so little good info on this over the years. Mostly I give people this handout(even though it is meant for kids) just because it shows amounts (most people are just taking the one capful a day) and a bowel retraining protocol

Seems like the author glossed over any conflict of interest from Humphreys being on the board of directors of Indivior, one of the most scandal ridden opiate manufacturers

I have little time for a “drug expert” who spreads misinformation about #fentanyl contamination of #cannabis , a pervasive myth
