Today is World Kindness Day. I will forever be grateful for the kindness shown to me by friends, family, & strangers online during my husband’s 6 year battle with cancer and after his passing in March. Friendly reminder that the Affordable Care Act = affordable health insurance due to tax credits that expire at the end of this year. If Congress lets them expire, insurance costs will soar and millions of people will lose health insurance. More uninsured Americans mean higher prices for all of us.

Agree there are so many other creators. It’s so important for everyone to share accurate info and having a full list is needed. AAP used to promote all the tweetiatricians and kept us informed. This is frustrating that only big accounts were on this publication.

The Trump administration’s deployment of ICE and others in the mass deportation effort has led to more violence and turmoil, and less safety and security for all, including US citizens. But that’s a feature not a bug. The chaos justifies further authoritarian crackdowns. The chaos is the point.
