The NHS always has been an unwelcoming country for overseas doctors. I should know, I worked in it for over 30 years, without ever becoming a British citizen. I was regularly called a Paki, even though I look nothing like one. Anyone able to find Sri Lanka on a map would realise why this is so.

I'm a South Asian Catholic. We have lost our strongholds in Goa and Kerala, and our numbers in Sri Lanka are greatly reduced. Donald Trump has never acknowledged our plight, and probably doesn't even know that we exist.

A gun transforms a harmless individual into a dangerous one. In almost every case, the law favours the owner. So get yourself one with a hair trigger and chamber a round. Then you're good to go. You might not get back in one piece, but at least nobody's going to call you harmless. Who'd want that?

Donald Trump showed Americans how to hate people, and they were so grateful that they made him president. It was a wise choice. If they need someone to hate, they just listen to him. Yesterday it was Somalis, tomorrow who knows? He may be crap at everything else, but he sure knows how to hate.

Now we have an education minister who teachers refuse to work with, and a health minister that nobody trusts. Unfortunately, neither of them can be dismissed. Unionists are undermining the Assembly with their own incompetence.
