You have to find a job that you enjoy doing. Medicine will definitely steal your life but it gives you the incomparable joy of saving lives.

If the Houthis attack an American ship with a drone costing $10,000, the Americans can stop it with a missile costing $10,000,000. No problem. But what happens when the Houthis send another drone, and another one? Eventually the ship will run out of missiles and the drones will get through.
