I parted a gaggle of indentikit ‘Roadman’ teenagers in black puffer jackets in Leeds last Saturday. Using my elbows and my Shepards crook walking crane. My elbows just sank into their down jackets but they did move out of my way. Or I would have gone all ‘Monkey’ on their arses 🤣

It’s lovely. Textile and fibre art are the best. I’m obsessed with needle felting small woodland creatures ATM.

Okay @swaledalemutton.bsky.social I’ve decided that using the Swaledale wool roving for needle felting is a better use than attempting to (spindle) spin it! Blue faced Leicester also fab!

I’m a budding artist but I’ve picked textiles as my medium, as it’s mostly in 3 dimensions and is done using human hands.

My reputation as a black listed trouble maker, you mean? The Terry Speed (the statistician who got OJ Simpson of his murder charge) sexual harassment story was breaking at same time &WEHI / UC Berkeley covered that up too. My then employer? Became enraged that I was embroiled in all this brouhaha.

Problem is, I hate engaging in health care ‘wars’ now, I’ve got 12 years of PTSD from being stabbed once a month. I’ve just been down the Hospital to get an ‘emergency’ MRI from hospitalisation 3 weeks back, but swelling has gone down & they used a lower res machine, so results will be: ‘Nowt wrong’

NHS ED visit for agonising neuropathic pain. Was I given the shit drugs at first? Yep. Did they an emergency MRI to capture my brain in a huge Tumefactive MS flair? Nope. Did they check my Atrial Fibrillation? Nope. Did they treat my severe IBS dehydration w IV fluids? Nope. ‘Your bloods = normal’
