Really sorry to hear about your job. “How’s it going” is triggering for so many people, facing things we wouldn’t necessarily know. I’ve been working to shift to another phrase, such as “it’s good to see you”. Honestly that’s what most of us mean when we ask “how’s it going.”

Paid for 2 doses of this vaccine when public health wouldn’t vaccinate my son. Called them out on the then sexist policy to no avail.
