SAAAME lmao I finally got a sciatic nerve pain from my posture and I picked yoga back up and I feel SO good doing it. On the mornings where I start with yoga I seriously feel like I've drank an energy drink, I have so much natural energy after sessions. Never realized how locked the body could be.

I ALSO started yoga and yogic practices this year for anxiety/PTSD and I'll second this! It's been wonderful. You really don't realize how much your breathing affects your state of mind until you start training it and realize how out of whack your breathing/focus was.
