All the sentence commuted and pardons under Trump have lead to a total over $1.3 billion in uncollected fines and restitutions. Total uncollected fines and restitution from all other Presidents combined from their commuted sentences and pardons: $0.

FDIC, the Fed, and Treasury made a systemic risk exception to cover over $250k in depot losses. Yes they were partially acquired but the assets were sold at a steep discount out of receivership by the FDIC. Perhaps not a classic bailout but the Deposit Insurance Fund took a $20 billion dollar hit.

It might be a start of a conversation in normal times but it kind of a nothing burger these days. I do agree with more than disagree with. There are way more things to consider such as getting rid of all energy subsidies, and transfer pricing jump out at me as well as estate taxes.

It a terrible post no doubt but I’m thinking the amount of death caused by RDK jr appointment to head HHS and gutting USAID will far eclipse any tweet/truth in the realm of shitty things.
