Cardiff Rugby, Cardiff RFC, Nottingham Casuals RFC, Old Illtydians RFC, and a splash of Forest!
Can I pretend Hugh Jones is the only Welshman on the pitch? 🤣🤣

At the end of the day, Saints needed a ball carrying no8 in that game.

A great match with two excellent sides playing at a great rugby stadium.

Why focus on petulance?

Saints were crying out for a ball carrying no8!!

Farage's Brexit was a hideous failure that cost Britain dear.

Farage is now crushing it in the local elections.

It's truly frightening how effective 'Big Lies' and emotional rhetoric are, and how weaponising the pain of immigrants & so called 'minorities' seems to be an easy path to power.

The WRU spent £5m – more than the annual squad budget for a Welsh club – to set up the Principality Stadium roof walk and zip wire.

Now, to the surprise of literally nobody, it's "hugely underperforming" and the WRU are considering offloading the ownership of the attraction.

It never ends.

Here’s the Rags side to face Llandovery;

- Rees & Ward return to the pack
- The Bus and Cross in to the back line

Pretty consistent selection from Fishy for a big game, get down to CAP if you can!

A great opportunity to #PackCAP, send a message of support to the players and staff, and drive the boys on to a huge win in the final home game of the season against Munster on Friday 25th.
