Ah man, sad news, just heard - top tribute choice 🙌🏻 Worked on a few things for Palm Pictures back in the day, had to check I still had my test pressing safe and sound. ‘Sly & Robbie are on it?’ is a frequent answer to the oft asked question ‘why do you have this record?’

After meeting Freak Power earlier in the year, by late ‘95 I’d met their management team, who were also in house pluggers for Go!Discs - home at the time to a Mr P Weller - they were generous enough to sort me out for this gig at Brixton, as I tried to get myself a job with them … 😁

Forgot to post this for #TicketStubWed, annoyingly, as it would have been 32 to years to the day. But I guess today would have been the end of term 🎄 One of my favourite gigs that I organised as Ents Officer at Froebel, a whole evening of heavy Hammond instrumentals.
