It's a neat mix of Assassin's Creed and Legend of Zelda. I'm bummed we're never going to get a second entry in the series.

The newer Assassin's Creed games (Origins, Odyssey, Valhalla, & Shadows). Legend of Zelda Breath of the Wild & Tears of the Kingdom. Immortals Fenyx Rising. The Horizon games. Sleeping Dogs. The Yakuza/LaD are *kinda* open world, so maybe check those out. Ghost of Tsushima/Yotei. Elden Ring.

Agreed 100%. He's a durable, above-average LHP, and those guys don't exactly grow on trees.

First heard it from my grandpa, but here's the kicker, he was a lifelong Western PA native. So if it's a Southern thing, then my only guess is he heard it in the service.
