I was a senior at the high school Christa McAuliffe went to so we were all watching it because she had a photo of everyone at school (students, teachers, staff) with her. She was supposed to be our speaker at graduation. Such a tragedy.

I encourage people to take sanity breaks. Stay engaged, but don’t let it consume you.
Go on walks. Read a book. Intentionally do *something* that makes you happy and unplug from the shitshow for a day or two - it’ll still be here when you get back.
