Ive gone post job when I’ve been on the market or on search committees. But that part of MLA is now gone. I’ve been a delegate and I’ve gone to see friends, but like you so few of them go anymore or are still in the profession.

This was my experience at last year's MLA and one of the reasons I didn't attend this year. It feels so different than it used to. 🫤
