I remember when Schumer refused to bring the Military Justice Improvement Act to the floor. It had 66 yes votes. I never got an answer as to why. They ended up watering it down and folding it into the NDAA.

Someone I love lost their baby in the first trimester. Yes, I said baby despite being pro-choice. This baby was very much wanted, that's the difference. Now we have to worry that she expels the tissue without medical intervention. AKA an abortion. I really don't want to watch her die.

Every single brother on both sides served as did my father. The women of my family served at home as well. It's really hard not to cry when I remember learning about this. What a horrible thing to do to human beings.
