Grijalva: I was looking at the example of now-Representative Walkinshaw from Virginia, who was elected two weeks ago Tuesday. The following Wednesday—less than 24 hours later—he was sworn in, with unofficial results.

Instead of spending millions on more ICE agents on the street, rounding up innocent people, and costly time wasters like investigating the 2020 election, how about we expand FEMA and our Environmental agencies and weather services so the tragedy that occurred in Texas might be averted next time?
