BREAKING: Congressman Moskowitz has confirmed that the FEMA meeting Kristi Noem claimed she left today’s hearing to attend was cancelled.
My health care provider in CO recommended this test for me. My score was 50%. Not alarming, but she referred me to a cardiologist. The cardiologist was not alarmed but said that it was time to start preventative measures and wrote me a statin script. I am beholden to my health care provider.
I am 42, feel great, and have normal cholesterol and blood pressure measures.
I do have a family history of heart disease and after a discussion with my PCP, I received a coronary calcium CT study today.
It helps looks for evidence of coronary artery disease and is underutilized in the US
