I like to review places when I travel. So here is one no one asked for that is unnecessarily long:

Peskesi - Heraklion.

In the center of the city, a location primarily occupied by people hurrying to places they would rather not be, sits a restaurant that is, quite improbably, very nice.

Knossos palace is, essentially, a pile of rocks that was bullied into a specific shape.

Humans have a habit of trying to out-rock earth. Which is a little like trying to out-wet the ocean. Usually earth wins by just being a lot bigger and staying a lot longer. Knossos does a good job of trying.

Spending a week alone travelling through Crete (who needs Christmas!)

Heraklion is alright, but happy to be moving on today. Best moment so far was a road trip to Matala with a spontaneous little mountain hike to a secluded beach!

This year has been a ride! I am very happy to announce our new game and new studio! 🌱🤖

I mean, it has a troubled fridge and a flying toilet - not to mention a flexible understanding of reality.
