I’ll say again that whoever is running for president as the Democratic nominee needs to clearly, repeatedly state that their administration will not honor any Trump pardons under any circumstances and every investigative and prosecutorial option, including extradition to The Hague, is on the table.

Normally by this time in October the Brewers have been swept after making the playoffs by virtue of beating up a terrible division, but this year feels different. They’ve got Yelich, a Contreras brother, and 23 guys you’ve never heard of. That sweep isn’t happening until the NLCS. Good for them.

They're not. The only possibilities are Trump makes things worse with Democratic approval or Trump makes things worse despite Democratic resistance. Don't bail him out.

Ok well the results are in and this is about as good of beef as I’ve ever made and thankfully I memorialized my recipe in these skeets for future reference. 3 hour smoke, 3 hours in the oven. Extremely tender and flavorful. Low carb, pretty fatty, super moist, solidly spicy.

After a three hour smoke, made a bath of sugar free bbq sauce, cider vinegar, butter, hot sauce, low carb beer, and water with some minced onion and jarlic (my secret shame), then rolled the beef through it a few times before foil wrapping the whole thing into a 225 F oven for a few hours.

No matter the reason I’m at the grocery store, I always visit the meat section for the discounts with a sale date of today, and lucky me I found three packs of half off beef short ribs that I’m smoking with oak for a while, sear, and then foil wrap in the oven. Should be solid dinner. Will update.
