Hard to read him now when, in the context of the discussion, the series has been dead for 15 years. This is where Jordan's family turning to Sanderson to do what's right by the fans makes this argument kinda silly.

Black House is great, but I've never understood the love for The Talisman. I'm also not as big a fan of Straub's writing, and the first book feels like it has more of his voice and style to me.

Usually when someone points out a person's position as coach or player in response to them making a political statement, the inference is that person is trying to downplay the statement based on their actual profession. If that's not what you're doing, what's the actual point of your post?
