i had the most random dream a couple weeks ago where i came to visit you guys and you had 4 golden retrievers in various stages of puppy-to-young-dog and you were like "yeah we're into golden retrievers now". anyway happy birthday to this very good not-a-golden-retriever 😂

No she's pretty much impossible to medicate unfortunately, she bolts before I can even get near her with it. The aftercare is definitely going to be tough but if it works out it will be worth it 🤞

anyway all this to say yesterday was very long and stupid and our car is busted but aggie is doing alright and hopefully will be doing better in a couple months

but then when we were driving back to the vet to pick her up in the afternoon we got rear ended pretty bad getting off the highway and had to get the car towed and uber to the vet and back home and nobody got hurt thankfully and im mostly glad aggie wasnt in the car yet when it happened

but yesterday we had to take her in to do the federally mandated consult about how we need to handle her in the couple weeks following the treatment and also leave her to get some x rays done and the x rays came back normal so thats all good.

We got 2 (individual) trick or treaters. This year at least we only bought candy we like 🤷

i sincerely think any "leaving the house" chore is worthy of a treat. you have gone out of your way to go to where the treats live (not in your home) so you are entitled to at least one.

im gonna be honest when i read "16oz of french fries" i was immediately like THAT IS TOO MANY FRIES

i got mine today too and then napped alllll day. they took me OUT.
