Been busy, but went back to watch the Herbert incompletion two plays before the kick to tie, and thats a grounding? Clearly in the tackle box, no receiver within 15 yards and land 10 yards out of bounds. Ball would've been spotted at the 41 then with a 10 second run off, thats a tough missed call
