i think they even hinted as such in an email about it back when nozomi were fist doing the BDs, about how they only include dubs they're currently proud of on the US releases. hence why BF's infamously bad dub is there, but the AGE one by the exact same team isn't- they hadn't cooled on it just yet.

yeah, im decently sure the majority of what was out online is still on private torrent trackers (or on some ancient IRC bot), and like absolutely sure sunrise has the masters considering they released the also infamous SEA Build Fighters dubs on the USBDs, they're just not satisfied with the ZZ one.
