Spanien, Portugal und Teile Frankreichs haben durch einen Blackout chaotische Zustände erlebt. Auch Arztpraxen und Krankenhäuser waren lahmgelegt. Der Arzt und Wissenschaftler Alexander Kekulé hat sich auch beruflich viel mit dem Thema Katastrophenschutz beschäftigt.

⚡Am 28.4. kam es in 🇪🇸+🇵🇹 zu einem großflächigen Stromausfall. Frequenzdaten aus Málaga & Freiburg zeigen:

➡️ erste Einbrüche ab 12:33:16,5 MESZ
➡️ Netztrennung um 12:33:20,6 MESZ
➡️ davor schon auffällige Schwankungen

Ursache für Kraftwerksausfälle weiterhin unklar.

A new favourite word that I learned via @jaapburger.eu is 'Hellbrise' which refers to a period of high electricity production from sun and wind, with low demand. Much less well known amongst energy experts than its rather depressing opposite 'Dunkelflaute'. #ShoutOutForGerman
