I do also call these my "autism socks" because I've worn the same brand/style since probably 2007 and when I'm not wearing them I'm SO AWARE that my socks are Wrong so I guess in general I might have more sock awareness than the average person

Also I no longer spend time pining for Various Products. If I want some non-grocery store chiles I can just buy some Calabrian chiles online and then make an Italian-inspired salsa macha using basil oil and pine nuts. I replace things bc I actually use them. I recommend this type of hobby so much!!!

All ingredients are pretty cheap! (Okay not some of the fancier mushrooms. Whatever, they're delicious! At least it's not like, yarn!!) The things I make are ultimately cheaper than what it would be to buy them elsewhere! I make thing, I consume thing, thing is gone! TIME TO MAKE NEW THING ✨😃✨

Most fascinatingly the Brain Fuel just KICKSTARTS my regular relatively low dose of Adderall (10mg a day weekdays), I take them both in the morning and it's like they run toward each other through a sunlit field and collide in a hug like long-lost friends. Makes me feel like posting lol

Did also get ummm more stuff to try lol bc the church had a Black Friday deal that was a mystery box of $300 worth of product for $150 and I split it with my dad 😁 (1st pic) plus what I got the day before. Absolutely fun as hell!! Gonna make a Tumblr post later if you're curious about it all

OH also I did get into making my own things so as needed: If my skin gets a little dry in winter I use a blend of rose hip seed oil + meadowfoam seed oil. For zits rose hip seed oil + tea tree oil. Any other "issues" I address with sanguine acceptance + gratefulness that I'm still alive to age

Another thing that happened is someone I was talking to very close up said, "Wow, you have perfect [x]" with x being the thing I am the most DEVASTATINGLY INSECURE about bc it is like objectively bad per every beauty standard of all time. But she was serious. So, anyway, you are fucking beautiful.

I use the Walgreens brand facial cleanser. I try not to get too much sun and when I do I wear sunscreen. No makeup, just red lipstick usually. I told a 23 year old recently that I was 42 and she said, "First of all I need to know your skincare routine because you look amazing," and that's it folks
