This 28-point “peace plan” (i.e. capitulation) is absolute insanity. It benefits Russia and the US, but Ukraine gets the shaft. Nobody in their right mind would agree to this. It’s basically the same as Russia proposed in 2022. This is simply a shortcut for Trump to start making money with Russia.
