Let me reply to this when modern humans first stood up they stood up in Africa when that happened do you know who's in the Levant? Answer no one Do you know who's in India Asia anywhere the answer is no one Black people are first people everywhere You said many different origins
Afro-Palestinians have many different origins (many of them connected to the Ottoman Slave Trade, or hajj made by Chadian or Sudanese individuals) but they are largely Muslim and there is no such thing as "mizrahi".
