AI is less than helpful when it gets basic questions wrong.

Search phrase "U.S. senators from Pennsylvania" brought up an AI summary citing John Fetterman (correct) and Bob Casey, Jr. (lost to David McCormick).

Cited Wikipedia, too, but Wikipedia gets it right.

SE PA: Had to scrape up 1 1/2" of heavy wet glop yesterday. In a cruel joke, we got another 1" overnight. Makes me fondly remember a recent winter in which we had no measurable snow at all. Good times.

That's it, Trump. NOW you've lost me.

My entire diet is ultra-processed foods.

MS NOW, you know I love you but...

SINCE WHEN did Donald Trump have credibility? Or J.D. Vance? Or Pam Bondi? Or Kristi Noem?

You can't question credibility where none exists. Don't you know this BY NOW?!?

We cannot take anything coming out of this administration without question.

Just bought my third #Trekbike, the FX 2 Gen4. Significant improvements over my 10 year old ride, including hydraulic brakes, interior cable routing, and other nice touches.

First test ride on this 53 degree day was wonderful... if only I had summer legs.

I'm late but just scheduled flu and COVID shots. I wear a mask whenever I'm in a store, too. CVS lists the att'd vaccines and I'm like I'LL TAKE THEM ALL! We're all germbags.

Local news weather report shows an older guy brushing snow off of his SUV this morning in the Philadelphia region.

I'm yelling, "YOU HAVE A TWO CAR GARAGE."

I have a two car garage. You know what's in there? Two cars. Neither one had to be brushed off this morning.

This is Rosie the Runt's second winter and first meaningful snow. We did a DNA test and she's got a good bit of Husky in her.

We couldn't get her back in the house.

(Philly suburbs. My unofficial tape measure keeps saying 6".)

Western suburbs of Philadelphia got a coating. Looks to be 3" to 4" out there. Township truck is already plowing neighborhood streets at 8:30, thanks. No wondering about what I'm going to be doing today.

Microsoft Designer:

"Create a photorealistic image of the birth of Jesus Christ, with Mary, Joseph, and Jesus in a manger setting and looking like they would have at the time."

I remember that one ray of judicial hope back in May 2024. It seems so long ago. There was a celebration, I swear. While Trump is STILL guilty, his ongoing efforts to punish those who prosecuted his crimes is nothing less than pathetic. Can't get the stink off by hurling it at others.

Rosie the Runt does this to me. She sits in front of my LaZBoy and stares at me. She may even put one paw up on the foot of the chair.

This either means that she has to go out or she wants to get up on the chair. I am duty bound to offer either option or she won't stop staring.

Am I the only one?

Adobe is a software company. Their Creative Cloud interface is the most frustrating I use. It's not bad enough that I have to update a Photoshop program that I only just updated a couple of days ago, but the interface is agonizingly slow, frequently bombs out, needs a restart.

Republicans rejoice after the largest cuts to SNAP in history. Just as they rejoiced when the House passed a bill to overturn Obamacare (failed in the Senate).

In fact, the only time you see these guys smiling is when they stick it to Americans or pass huge break for the really rich.

Watching a K-drama (Oh! My Ladylord - don't ask) and surprised to see that a Phillies cap is all trendy over there.

I know that shirts and caps are made for both teams in Super Bowl and World Series, and the losing teams' merch is shipped overseas for cheap sales. Is that the case here? /s

20 years ago, half of my wardrobe sported Ford Mustangs, the other half Philadelphia Eagles. I drove Mustangs for 40 years, but no longer.

Today, the other half of my wardrobe is devoted to The Legend of Zelda. That's my life.

#RosietheRunt discovers a new walkie park. She did two miles, pulling just about the whole way with excitement.

This is our Rosie. Rosie the Runt (actually the runt of the litter). A.K.A. Rosie Two Bags, because when we take her for a walk, we better have two bags in our pockets.

Labor Day. Here's a chipmunk, a propos of nothing.

The NFL season begins for real Thursday night, so cold weather is coming sooner or later. Chipmunks don't hibernate, per se, but they do take the winter off.

Benefits of a strong chipmunk union.

Phillies game tonight looks to be sold out. So I googled tonight's attendance. Google's AI is obviously not a baseball fan.

My current utility bill has hit an ALL-TIME HIGH. Of course, it could be due to a sweltering July in SE PA, but more likely it's because I keep asking Designer, Copilot, and Firefly to generate AI images like this one.

Not sure this is why Nintendo called their platform SWITCH, but I can now switch between Breath of the Wild (in the original Switch) and Tears of the Kingdom (in the new Switch 2) with a flick of the TV remote, never leaving my LaZBoy.
