I haven't finished anything new just yet, but here's the culmination of last year's progress.

According to my not-so-reliable-but-more-reliable-than-before calculations I'm about 1/3 of the way into my first draft of Arenn & Shizuka's book.

Shizuka strikes! Her upper right fist is in front of her, left open to block any strikes from the side. Her lower arms are kept close in case they need to get in on the action.

Found a curious winged creature who had got stuck inside.

Probably a sign I need start working on my book again. 🤭
Not quite small but not quite large moth sitting on a net curtain. It has mustard yellow fuzz on its face, and the upper portions of its wings. Black spots dot the middle section of its wings which are pale yellow/off-white. The rest of its wings are brown. The same moth sits on the palm of my hand. It uses its long yellow proboscis to investigate. The moth now rests on my fingers as I move it toward the open window.
