Her problem is that the people in Hastings don't like her either. There is actually a very strong progressive community in Hastings, I personally know a number of people there and they are not fans of Angie Craig at all.

I live just outside of Eagan, Angie Craig is not popular here. She only wins because it is a Democratic leaning suburb and she is the only Democrat on the ballot, most people here would much rather vote for a fighter. I expect Peggy Flanagan to win the CD2 suburbs.

So let's say hypothetically they were to do something really corrupt and illegal like say take a Cava bag filled with $50k cash. Is Homan saying those totally hypothetical criminals will be cracked down on?

Last year I would have agreed with you that Emmer's district was safe, but Minnesota is furious over what ICE is doing. I think Emmer is in for a much tougher reelection battle than anyone ever expected.
February 3, 2026 at 5:31 PM
It speaks volumes that she refers to the people as "the mob".

What makes this extra corrupt is that he does not have to win in court, he only needs to negotiate a settlement which can be done outside of court. The person who he needs to negotiate that settlement with is Pam Bondi, who is a sycophant that will never tell him No.

And celebrating these victories is what gives people strength and fortitude. You are not going to be able to get the pressure and unrelenting force you need to fight if people don't see hope for victory, and wins like the win in TX are crucial for giving people hope. Celebrating is a good thing.
February 1, 2026 at 4:35 PM
People need to celebrate these small victories, they motivate people and keep them from losing hope.

I think everyone is aware that a Texas state legislative seat is not going to get us out of the mess we are in, but it does show us that we have a real opportunity to get more people on our side.

As a Minnesotan who knows children facing the same danger that Liam Ramos faced, I am extremely grateful that you took leadership in bringing him home.

They are literally telling us that if we speak out against them they will kill us and then claim it is our fault.
February 1, 2026 at 3:30 PM
This may be the first time in film history in which I can agree that there really is something worse than Battlefield Earth.

Nobody cared about Don Lemon until today.

Now, as a direct result of Trump's actions, he has a real opportunity to become one of the most legendary journalists in American history. To do that his future stories will need to be more bold than his past ones were, but he has real opportunity here.

You like to talk about how much you hate corruption until AIPAC sends you the big checks, then you start thinking corruption is a whole lot more important to you than Palestinian lives.

There is nothing more corrupt than taking money to back genocide.
January 31, 2026 at 3:57 AM
You may not care about anyone else, but you will always have the back of the millionaires.
January 31, 2026 at 3:48 AM
You already chose to be on the wrong side of history when you teamed up with MAGA Republicans to pass the blatantly xenophobic Laken Riley Act. You voted to give Trump the power to deport immigrants without due process, and he is using that power to attack our community.

You are not on our side.
January 31, 2026 at 3:20 AM
I am glad that he is going to stop the hostile rhetoric, because the rest of us want him to shut the fuck up as well.
January 30, 2026 at 3:00 AM
I like my kids to be safe, that is why I want the child kidnappers that are terrorizing my community to be held accountable.
January 29, 2026 at 4:20 PM
Federal immigration law says that every person no matter their legal status is entitled to due process, they are treated as innocent until proven guilty and can't be detained without probable cause, and. ICE must follow all court orders.

ICE doesn't make the laws, they only break them.

Hi Angie, I'm curious to know are the people who endorse you robots who use the exact same language, or did your campaign plagiarize their endorsement statements?

bsky.app/profile/tayl...
oh dear. add hennepin county sheriff dawanna witt to the pile of endorsements for angie craig for minnesota senate using the EXACT same quote as both brooklyn park mayor hollies i winston and sen judy seeberger

this is so lazy

Again, when they need an excuse to get something past the movie studio you make sure your excuse holds up. I'm sure there were eight cats, and I'm sure they decided to put in exactly eight cats because they needed an excuse to call their movie Octopussy.
January 28, 2026 at 1:55 AM
That's what they tell the movie studio to avoid being told No. I'm pretty sure the people who came up with that title were not thinking about how many cats they had though.
January 28, 2026 at 1:47 AM
So he's going to make a lot of awesome people famous for being awesome.

I'm pretty sure that anyone who makes Tom Homan's list is going to be far more popular with Minnesotans than Tom Homan is.
January 28, 2026 at 1:19 AM
If you don't think Trump's thin skin is a factor in everything he does then you don't know Trump.
January 27, 2026 at 3:40 AM
I bet it sweeps the Razzies though.
January 27, 2026 at 3:23 AM
Some people certainly have, but it hasn't been widespread.

It was used far more frequently with Elon Musk, it seems like forever ago now but last year calling him President Musk really got under Trump's skin, and now Musk is out of the White House.
