Eine neue Studie des Forschungsinstituts für Nutztierbiologie (FBN) in Dummerstorf in Zusammenarbeit mit Kolleg:innen von der Veterinärmedizinischen Universität Wien legt nahe, dass Ziegen prosoziale Verhaltensweisen zeigen – also bereit sind, anderen ohne direkten Eigennutzen zu helfen. Dies könnte einen wichtigen Beitrag zum Verständnis sozialer Kognition bei Nutztieren leisten.
