This loss hurts deeply. Our team extends its heartfelt condolences to his brothers-in-arms and loved ones.

The gift meant for Hammer has been passed on to his crew.

I’m not asking for a fancy laptop or an expensive rifle, but a hand warmer would be a wonderful gift. If possible, three of them would be amazing".

This is what he wrote in his letter to his Santa:

"My hobbies are video games and hunting. Since childhood, I’ve loved spending time with my family - whether at home watching TV or, as I got older, going hunting with my father and brother.

Vladyslav Sharlai was 28 years old. He had completed a master’s degree in law and, when the full-scale invasion began, he volunteered to join the army. His path led him from the infantry to becoming the commander of a UAV crew.

Despite this, the 14th brigade has been heroically holding around 30 km of the front line for 13 months straight. We can help them with the most basic thing - communication.

As you are already aware, logistics at the front are extremely challenging. Soldiers often move to their positions on foot, carrying all their equipment with them. If something goes wrong along the way, the equipment is also lost.

Huge thanks to Peter Dahl and X for supporting the Ukrainian Armed Forces! We're waiting for five more cooking systems to arrive at our office in Lviv, so stay tuned for more updates.

We're happy that you, our community, made this holiday so special. It's disappointing that we're able to visit fewer and fewer cities where we used to go. But we are endlessly grateful to our soldiers, who do the impossible so that we can have this chance at all - to travel and to see them.

How many hugs and how much happiness from unwrapping gifts we experienced! How many gas station hot dogs were eaten, and how many liters of coffee were drunk, because we barely slept on the road! How many times have we heard our defenders say, "Wow,no way!I never even dreamed of something like this"

We arrived in Mykolaiv on January 9 to visit a friend and deliver a package. The team walked around the city, as we don't get there often! After that, we headed to central Ukraine to finish our expedition.

On our way to the Zaporizhzhia region, where heavy fighting is also ongoing, our drone detector activated. However, we were able to reach everyone there safely as well.

Unfortunately, the russian army has already reached the Dnipropetrovsk region. So we went there to deliver part of the packages and equipment. We're always delighted to see familiar faces, so we spent a lot of time talking and learning about the situation on the front and the army's current needs.

In Kramatorsk, 20 km from the front line, we met friends as well and fulfilled the dream of a serviceman from the 26th Brigade - we secretly delivered a quad bike to him! We'll share later how we managed to organize everything so that he didn't know until the very last moment.

On the evening of January 1, we were already delivering gifts in the Donetsk region to our friends from one of the many unmanned systems battalions we support.

There are only 4 of these pink drone detectors in the entire world – custom-made for Dzyga's Paw. Фnd one of them, was a Secret Santa gift!

Finally, we met @prestonstew.bsky.social in person! Together, we delivered 120 interceptor drones and many other needed items - cameras and plastic for 3D printing - to 429th Separate Regiment of Unmanned Systems "ACHILLES". We’ll be sharing a full report on this project very soon!

We also welcomed the New Year in the Kharkiv region, continuing to deliver gifts and equipment. And we experienced an incredible story, which we've already shared here.

Next, our elves headed across the Kharkiv region. At one point, we even got stuck in the snow. The climate is changing, and such a snowy winter has come as a surprise to Ukraine. And while it's wonderful, it's hard to enjoy when our defenders are holding positions in extremely harsh conditions.

The roads were extremely slippery, and the weather was cold and windy. But everything was okay, we took our time and drove responsibly!

Three vehicles loaded with packages and military equipment set off from Lviv at 6 a.m. on December 28. On the first two days, we visited our defenders in Kyiv and Sumy, a city just 20 km from the front line.

They can be installed at a safe distance from the pilot to increase personal safety, or in open areas to ensure a stronger, more stable connection during missions.
