By any measure, Twitter is a FAR worse platform for social use than almost anywhere else. Engagement has nosedived, it's full of (and caters to) fascists and bots, full of spam, owned and run by a megalomaniac who's using it to interfere in the democracy of entire countries... No redeeming qualities
