Wild stuff going on in Texas right now. Amid an incredibly contentious Republican fight for Speaker of the House, the Texas GOP has passed a resolution vowing to censure anyone who doesn’t vote for party leaders’ preferred candidate — which will bar any censured lawmaker from running in primaries.
