When the booking confirmation comes for verification through your bank it will look like it is asking for the full amount. However it will only take the first night as the deposit.

There are roles both pre-con or at-con. There is no minimum contribution, be it for on an hour or the whole weekend, your contribution makes a real difference.

We have negotiated competitive rates for the hotel for convention members. These are available for stays from 2 to 7 April 2025 inclusive.
The room rates are:
£142 per night for a double room including breakfast. (£132 room only)
£99 per night for single room including breakfast. (£94 room only)
