(1/) The population of the familiar Mallard has remained relatively stable across the UK in recent years. It increased by 5% between 1995–2023. However, the 10 year trend shows an 8% decline. @btobirds.bsky.social @jncc.bsky.social @rspbscience.bsky.social #Ornithology #CitizenScience
