We are all made from the dust of stars created billions of years ago
But so is the dogshite you stepped in on your way to work
You’re nothing special
It’s gone beyond Brexit though
With Trump and an America gone rogue, Britain, Europe & anybody else who wants involved (Canada?) needs to circle the wagons
The short to medium term is going to be horrendous

He got pelters until his last 2 games
He’s a big unit & holds the ball in well
If he keeps scoring it might even start looking like we didn’t get our pockets picked in the transfer

Particularly enjoying Sellick fans all over social media 😊

Nah
Runaway AI will get there first
If I was a betting man that’s where I’d put my money 🤷‍♂️

Thought West Ham were in for him?

Charlie’s numbers actually show the need for immigration (if the numbers are right) because that’s not enough to sustain a population 🤷‍♂️

She beheaded her nemesis
That’s pretty much Beowulf

Hi
I’m a small hole in your stomach lining that bled out and wasn’t discovered till you started vomiting black blood in the middle of the night

2 & 1 look interchangeable
3 looks tricky
4 looks like the ghost of stepping stones that used to be there before the stream river crossing disaster of 1764

I think he’s been rubbish and he’s missed easy wins
But when I read that thread I felt he missed 2 major issues
- trying to deal with Trump without alienating him
- the fact that all leaders in difficult times are seen as as both a cause and symptom of that time
I’d still change leaders though

I lived in Uxbridge about a decade later & Brunel was still doing gigs (I think they came & went a bit as a venue)
I only saw a couple - Mental As Anything and the Guana Batz. From memory they had a “proper” venue set up by then
Don’t think they ever touched the same level of legendary gigs though

It was
Early on it was an upmarket imported brand that traded on a kind of “reassuringly expensive” basis
Then it became U.K. brewed mass market at a strength of 5.2
Now it’s 4.6 because it was a bit too fighty for some people 😊

There is an old Ray Lowry (I think) cartoon which I saw in the 70s. It was an “OAP Eric Clapton impersonation contest”
I think that would’ve been set about 15 years ago going by the age I was back when the cartoon came out and the average age of “Clapton is God” fans at the time 😳

Disallowing Raskin’s goal today was mental too
