I am an atheist and an anti-fascist anarchist, I despise MAGA and the oligarchy. I also believe ACAB. I will automatically block crypto bros, AI spammers, sex pests, antivaxxers and raw milk advocates. No shamans, gurus, holy rollers, reply guys, fintech marketers. Etcetera, etcetera, etcetera.

⚡️The Nobel Peace Prize is awarded to Maria Corina Machado.

The Nobel Peace Prize committee awarded it for "her tireless work promoting democratic rights for the people of Venezuela."

If AI existed when David Simon was writing The Wire, there would be a season of The Wire dissecting how AI was destroying society.

David Simon, creator of ‘The Wire’, being interviewed by Ari Shapiro (NPR)
SHAPIRO: OK, so you've spent your career creating television without Al, and I could imagine today you thinking, boy, I wish I had had that tool to solve those thorny problems...
SIMON: What?
SHAPIRO: ...Or saying...
SIMON: You imagine that?
SHAPIRO: ...Boy, if that had existed, it would have screwed me over.
SIMON: I don't think Al can remotely challenge what writers do at a fundamentally creative level.
SHAPIRO: But if you're trying to transition from scene five to scene six, and you're stuck with that transition, you could imagine plugging that portion of the script into an Al and say, give me 10 ideas for how to transition this.
SIMON: I'd rather put a gun in my mouth.

3b) That tension in breaking the law in the name of the (new or real) law is central to fascism and evident in the popular Blue Lives Matter Punisher imagery. Also evident in much of what Trump has to say about the subject.

Mark Bray and Yesenia Barragan, and the family, have safely embarked on their trip to Spain after being questioned by DHS.

We watched the same show, and I enjoyed every episode before this one. I now consider episode seven the actual season finale, this episode only exists to setup the Man Of Tomorrow film.

Did we watch the same episode?

Yeah, the #Peacemaker finale sucked ass. Don't rush to watch it, you'll only make yourself upset.

DC Cover of the day.

If you see this, post a DC cover you love.

I've always loved the Knights of Checkmate, I was really into the whole Argus-Suicide Squad corner of the DC Universe.

I almost posted the cover to Invasion Book Two. I think that Invasion is an underappreciated crossover event.
The cover of DC Comics Checkmate! #11 featuring the "Invasion: First Strike" crossover badge. Here a Checkmate against stands against a brick wall amongst dead bodies, returning fire to an unseen foe off frame
