i think its just a case of dota slowly losing its cultural grip since like 2016 - but percentage wise i feel like russians consists more of the dota playerbase than CS, especially nowadays that other regions are dwindling out harder especially china and SEA - even if CS is overall more popular

ngl this is already common enough in SEA server for ppl to get used to it

i haven't even gotten the chance to recover and draw more to begin with man
