I can only speak from my experience with FEMA. My home got nearly 3 feet of water and took out the mechanicals. I received $7k for the damages and recovery efforts. Within 48 hours of contact FEMA, I had the assessment and payment in my account.

Can we all boost this gentleman? Between him and @mcuban.bsky.social I’ve figured out how to have conversations with those that feel too far from reality. The truth is that a lot are smart and have some valid points. Attacking doesn’t work. The discourse ends, and we become more polarized.
