VATAS keeps crashing and we were already worried we weren’t going to get paid last week, and I’m now concerned about the next one, too.
It’s frustrating, cause this just slows down care for veterans, too. I think about how all this isn’t just affected me, my work place and colleagues, but also the veterans who call in for help.

Our system has had issues for the past two weeks, where there have just been outages, where I couldn’t get into CPRS or sign in anywhere with my PIV card. It’s been a mess. VASA and Vista just being…. down. We were worried we wouldn’t be paid last week…

We need more like those two IT officials, I know there are a lot of us Fed workers who are doing our best. But more resistance and less compliance.

Great-Grandpa served in WWII, and uncle was coast guard. I currently work at the VA, serving those that served

They didn’t even give a reason. Just said, the dates been moved up. Not that they’ve given a legitimate reason for anything that’s happening.
And I’m not sure when our layoffs are going to start, or how many….

VA employees at my VA, our return to work was just changed from May to April, giving people exactly 31 days to figure out their work space. I was never remote, but this affects so many people! Plus, there’s no parking as is.

But I’m okay paying into these systems, because it helps to take care of all of us as we age, especially with the promise that I’ll be taken care of (sort of) when I’m retired.

Did he just say…. “Medical overpayments”….. no one’s getting rich off their Medicaid, Medicare, or social security payments.

We had a meeting about it yesterday, and they literally had no answers for us. No one knows what’s going on.

AFGE emailed us all and told us not to respond, and if anything to forward the email to our supervisor and get their direction on what to do. But to hold off till Monday when they can challenge it for us.

I have two weeks left before I’m out of the probationary period. It really feels like I’m holding my breath till that year mark 😵💫
